All About Emma
Hi! I’m Emma, wife to Philip, and mom to Chloe and Abby. Chloe hit the 4month sleep regression hard, and as a first-time mom I had no idea what was going on. At 5 months I sleep trained her, and although she still took a single night feed until she was 9 months, she was self-settling 2 weeks after I started the sleep training. She slept so well after she was trained, that friends and family with new babies always came to me for advice. 2 years and 9 months after Chloe was born, Abby came along. I held my breath as she approached the 4month mark, waiting for the regression to hit and luckily it never did. I still decided to sleep train her at 5 months. And sure enough, her training journey was just as seamless as Chloe’s. I had a natural flair for sleep training infants, and when I would give advice to friends and family, the end results filled me with such joy. It quickly became a passion!
One Friday night, as I was scrolling through Instagram stories, an ad popped up - ‘train to be a sleep consultant’. I thought about it for about 4 mins, screenshot it and sent it to my friend asking if I was mad for actually considering it. When she bounced back with a resounding ‘you HAVE to do it, you would be amazing’, the ball started rolling very quickly. My husband was also on board, and he took reign of the house duties and minding the girls while I spent every spare minute of the day and night doing my sleep consultant training. Two days after the final assessment, I got my first client. I didn’t even know if I had passed the exam yet! And then another client, and another.. and the rest, as they say, is history. Thankfully, I passed the exam, and that is the story of how I became a Certified Paediatric Sleep Consultant.
When I see my clients follow my bespoke plans, and achieve their desired goals it makes me so happy. I was once that exhausted parent, trying to cope with multiple night wakings, and an inconsistent day routine. When you have your kids sleeping well, you feel like a new person. 15 Minute Discovery Call - FREE
This 15-minute Discovery call is an opportunity to get to know one another, talk about the sleep challenges you are experiencing with your little one, your sleep goals and discuss what options might be best to work together. On this call you also have the opportunity to ask any questions about my services.
30 minute Guidance Call - €59
This 1:1 phone call offers guidance on a particular sleep issue. This option is ideal if you’re not looking to have a complete overhaul of your child’s sleep, and a bespoke plan isn’t needed.
30 minute Guidance Call Plus - €109
This 1:1 call offers the same as the basic guidance call package, and also includes a personalised routine to work around you and your family.
Creating Healthy Sleep Habits for Newborns (1hr) - €149
This 1:1 video call is aimed at newborns and is a great option to create healthy sleep habits so when your little one reaches 5 months, sleep training is made easier.
2-week Sleep Plan - €325
- Full sleep history questionnaire filled out prior to consultation
- 1:1 video call/in person call 1hr
- Bespoke plan created to suit your family
- A follow up email after night 1
- A 15minute follow up call after week 1, and another 15minute follow up call after week 2.
4-week Sleep Plan - €425
- Full sleep history questionnaire filled out prior to consultation
- 1:1 video consultation 1hr
- Bespoke plan created to suit your family
- A follow up text/voice note after night 1
- A 15minute follow up call at the end of each week
- Contactable via email, text and voice message 5 days a week.
Monthly Check Ins - €225
This package can be added on to the 2-week plan or the 4-week plan. It consists of a 30minute monthly call for 12 months, where we keep on top of your child’s sleep, as they get older and their sleep needs change.

"Best decision we made was to get in contact with Emma.
We got in touch with Emma for our 5 month old boy. We were struggling getting him to nap during the day and if he did they were very short, he would have to be rocked in our arms to go to sleep as-well as multiple night wakings and feedings. I was exhausted!!
After our first phone call Emma put our minds at ease.She gave us a plan that suited us and a routine we badly needed! He now naps during the daytime and for longer periods, by night two of the plan we were able to put him down to bed without being rocked!
